“Water heater sounded like it was boiling the whole time so it sounded like it was raining in our room. When the air conditioner kicked on it sounds like metal rattling around in the vent. The roof structure above the patio had a huge crack in it. They have a laundry facility there's no explanation where it is so you have to ask, and they don't tell you in the laundry room or at the desk where you can get laundry supplies, you have to ask the desk. “Love the accessibility to the pool bar from the beach. The rooms were very nice, great garden view. The $25 a day food allowance was not explained to us and so paid for breakfast then was told after we paid we could have charged it to our room and it would have been covered. So the second day we didn’t even bother with breakfast so that was pretty annoying.”

“The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival.
